Farfalloni verde primavera

Ingredients

350g Riscossa Farfalloni pasta
200g green beans
150g feta cheese
150g peas
salt as required
thyme as required
mint as required
sliced almonds as required
a clove of garlic

Instructions

Wash the beans, and trim and cut them into chunks.

Prepare plenty of salted boiling water and add the pasta, peas, and beans.

Meanwhile, cook the almond slices in a small pan.

Heat a little oil in a pan, and fry the garlic clove until it starts to brown.
Drain the pasta with the vegetables, keeping aside a ladle of cooking water.

Add the pasta and vegetables into the pan with the oil, add the crumbled feta and cooking water, and stir over medium-low heat.

Serve the pasta onto plates, flavored with a little thyme and mint, pepper to taste, and garnished with sliced almonds.
